Is there an application fee, and if so, how much?

The application fee is $35 a person.

What is the holding deposit for future move-ins?

The holding deposit for future move-ins is as follows:

• Studio: $600
• One bedroom: $800
• Two and three bedroom: $1,000

Conditional deposits can equal up to 2 months rent depending on credit.

Are pets allowed?

Only cats are are accepted in the community.
A $500 pet deposit (with a maximum of two pets per apartment), and a $50 pet fee per month per pet apply.

What are the parking assignments?

• Studio - 1 parking spot
• 1 bedroom - 1 parking spot
• 2 bedroom - 2 parking spots
• 3 bedroom - 2 parking spots

Who are the utility providers?

• Electric: Southern California Edison
• Gas: Southern California Gas
• Phone: Verizon, BelAir Internet, and Time Warner Cable
• Internet: Verizon (FiOS when available), BelAir Internet, and Time Warner Cable
• Television: BelAir Internet (DirecTV), Time Warner Cable
• Water/Sewer/Trash: Provided by building
